Initiate Your Return

Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

Pack Your Gear

Place the skates and accessories back in their original manufacturer box, then secure that box inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team verifies the skates are in brand-new, un-skated condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
