How do I know which skate size to order?
We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and comparing it to the brand-specific size charts provided on each product page. Most aggressive skates should have a snug, performance fit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties.
Can I return skates if they don't fit?
Absolutely. We offer a 30-day return policy for skates in brand-new, unused condition with original packaging. We cannot accept returns on skates that have been used outdoors or show signs of grinding.
What is the difference between Anti-Rocker and Flat setups?
Flat setups use four wheels of the same size for better speed and grip, while Anti-Rocker setups use two small, hard inner wheels to make locking onto rails and ledges much easier for beginners and pros alike.
Are your skates sold as complete sets or 'Boot Only'?
We offer both. 'Complete' skates include boots, frames, wheels, and bearings. 'Boot Only' options allow you to customize your setup with your preferred UFS-compatible hardware.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear before the weekend session.
